| Hello The first time that I lost weight with the SBD was in the Phase I, I did it for 4 weeks and I lost around 25 pounds, this was suggested from a friend that he did it that way and he lost a lot of weight, then with the P-II I began to eat some Carbs like fruit or sometimes bread cereal (All Bran) it was for my very difficult I felt hungry and with cravings, that is the way that I began to eat more and gain weight again but it took around 2 years. So more of 2 weeks it is healthy or not?:Love Doctor:, can anybody tell me please? | |||||||||||

| not really no, as there isn't enough good nutrition to sustain yourself for very long. P1 was designed for two weeks really unless you are very obese and then no more than 3-4. P2 is the the healthy eating stage where you learn to make the food lists work for you as a regular way of eating. As you introduce new P2 carbs, try combining them with other foods that contain proteins and good fats. So an apple with PB or cheese, or grains/starchy veggies with dinner for example are usually good things to start with just to start getting your body used to new carb sources. And proteins, fats, acids and fiber all help your body to convert carbs more slowly, so combining any of those with new carb sources often helps avoid the hungry feeling later. | |||||||||||
