 How much in Splenda packet? I remember seeing this posted before, but I have tried looking and can't find it. How much Splenda is there in a packet? By the way, I offically started Phase 1 on Thursday and I feel GREAT! It is amazing how eating healthy can make you feel so good. The biggest thing is I have not been getting the usual mid-afternoon slump where all I want to do is take a nap!      | ||||||||||

| also, it's twice the concentration as the bulk splenda stuff. so a packet is equal to 2 teaspooons of sugar or the bulk stuff I believe. (the bulk is supposed to be able to be substituted on a 1-to-1 basis) | |||||||||||
