 Check It Out..You On A Diet, Dr. Michael Roizen During the PBS station's pledge drives they sometimes feature Dr. Roizen speaking on this. I was watching it yesterday. IMO, watching it is good for a lot of inspiration and tips. For example, I related to this: Whenever you get off course (and you will), just Make A U-Turn No need to beat yourself up.  Thanks for the info. I will watch for that... I love DR Roizen and DR OZ. They are the best! I want to get they're book " You staying Young ". Good luck on the beach.

 I haven't read their books. Sometimes I do get great ideas/inspiration/motivation to help me along the way by watching various infomercials, youtube, etc. And you can't beat the price! (Free!) Best wishes on South Beach to you too, Goldie!!  | ||||||||||
