SB and arthritis anyone??

from what I have read about antiinflamatory foods -they seem to be the base foods for the sbd... does anyone/has anyone tried or know someone that has tried to keep arthritis in check with this program?? My brother and sister are both taking enbrel's weekly shots for ankylosing spondylitis (genetic back arthritis, aka bamboo spine) and I thought if anyone has info on this I'd pass it along to them.-thanks!!
