I try to use artificial sweeteners in moderation...but...

has anyone seen the new splenda packets with..."added fiber"????

yep...splenda with 1 g. of fiber per packet....what the heck??!??

I bought some....been very 'regular' after my morning coffee...lol

anyone else see/try this stuff yet?

Splenda even without added fiber can give people the runs. My Mom can't touch it. I don't bother with it. I don't like the idea of eating chemicals. I use pure maple syrup, or mollasses in moderation. I try to stay away from the "white stuff".

I bought some and tried it I need something with my coffee every morning thats the only sweetner I know of. It has not bothered me yet.

Default comes in flavors too!
I live in the back woods so i may be the last to know, but splenda comes in flavored packets now too! I got hazelnut flavored splenda for my coffee and its pretty good. there were several other flavors to choose from also.
