| okay, so i'm passing up the breads and sugar. feels good. but i can't say no to the nuts. they shouldn't spike my blood sugar but almonds/cashews are my favorite binge food. and just a few add so many calories!! | ||||||||||

| According to the book I have, which is Dr. A.'s latest (South Beach Diet Supercharged) you can have 15 almonds a day or 15 cashews a day. There are different amounts listed of all the different nuts you can have every day (too long to list here or I'm too lazy right now!) Hopefully knowing this will make you feel a little better - maybe you didn't blow it as bad as you think you did. Oh, and the nuts should be dry roasted. | ||||||||||

| You are so right about that p-butter RedRox...It can also be a diet killer if you are not careful. Not sure why, but I am good about not going over the limit with p-butter, Maybe it is because I always have another food with the p-butter and when I eat nuts I always eat them alone. DUH...why didn't I think of that before?
