Two Tips To Stop Ourselves From Overeating We can stop ourselves from overeating by doing two things:
1. We can eat the foods (and food combinations) that cause gradual rather than sharp increases and decreases in blood sugar.
2. We can learn to anticipate hypoglycemia and avert it with timely consumption of snacks. It takes a lot less food to prevent hypoglycemia and decreases in blood sugar.
So, never skip a meal while doing the SB plan and remember to have your mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. |
