 fast food advice I am gong to be traveling and I will be eating at fast food chains. Any suggestions for keeping SB friendly? I am sortof between pahse 1 and 2!

| There is a "South Beach Dining Out" guide/pamphlet that you might be able to find at a bookstore or certainly online. That might be your best bet. Most places have salads of one kind or another. Wendy's chili and a side salad can work in a pinch. Do the best you can! Why is fast food the only option? I have traveled on business without much fast food at all. | |||||||||||
