| I occasionally like gravy, but rarely make it as I'm the only one that likes it. As it was Easter with turkey ..... anyway, I found one which was 35 cals per 1/4 cup, no sugars, 1.5g sat fat, 3g carbs with all natural ingredients. As this was a once only occurrence, I don't feel too bad but think I'm looking for somebody to say "no, that's fine, go ahead"! Has anybody got a SB-legal gravy recipe? Thanks, | ||||||||||

| I just use white whole wheat flour and smart balance margarine to create the roux and then slowly add the liquid of choice and keep bringing it back to simmering until it's at the desired consistency. Don't know anything about the one you mentioned without actually seeing the all "natural" ingredients list. FWIW, Natural ingredients is a pretty meaningless term for the most part and has no real bearing on SB worthiness, IMO. | |||||||||||
