| Hi everyone, I have just finished week 1 of phase 1 and doing ok but today I had a golf tournament and I as I couldn't take a sandwich I took some crackers with turkey slices and cheese. Does anyone have ideas for this type of situation, when you can't bring a packed lunch but need to pick something. Thanks | ||||||||||

| for phase one . . . two turkey lettice wraps would be a great choice, maybe some hummus in ziplock container with vegis, vegis pre cut with peanut butter or laughing cow cheese, low fat string cheese and a serving of nuts . . . Once you get to phase two . . . any of the above, fruit, yogurt. . . | ||||||||||
