Default SBD recipes and Low GI

Is it pretty safe to assume that any SBD recipes would also be considered low glycemic index recipes? Kelly

Probably. But remember GI is only one measure of something we consider in choosing SB appropriate foods and recipes. You can use a lot of butter in low GI recipes, but it wouldn't be SB appropriate. Also in P2, some recipes may be higher in GI as well. It's really more about choosing real, whole, healthy foods rather than focusing too specifically on GI, nutritional panel info or other numerical indicators. If you stick to the foods lists and combine them in ways that are compatible with the meal model templates, you really should be fine without worrying about these kind of things.
