| WELL.....crap...Maybe you know, I had lost over 100 lbs. at one point...as of 11/16/07 I was back up to 232 lbs....OUCH!...what a slap in the face! I've been back on and going strong again since 11/19/07 and even lost a pound on Thanksgiving day!...that was hard!!!...but encouraging! Almost thru week 4 of being back on the beach...thought I'd share my progress...since we always weigh less in the AM, I jumped on the scale this morning for the first time...and....guess what!!!......it said... ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/success-stories/1715-yeah-me.html 219 !!!!......WOO HOO!!! That's 13 lbs!! SA..WEET!!!!...It's awesome to see results like that! I am starting to re-post my daily food journal as well...if anyone needs help with what to eat everyday, feel free to read mine under "T's Journal" in the "Journal Your Way to Thin" section of the board... Happy eating everyone and good luck through the holidays...I get lonley here sometimes, so feel free to give me a holla if ya have any questions! | |||||||||||

| I bailed in my 3rd or 4th month of ph 2 after a 35# loss and gained nearly 20 back in 2 months!!!! OUCH OUCH OUCH MEEEEEE! Your story helps me to know I am not alone and that I can get back on and finish this thing!!!! LOLOL Onward and *down*ward!! Blessings, Sherri | ||||||||||

| Hi Tiny, Yes, I'm still keepin' on, still maintaining. It's become much easier to not be tempted by refined sweets and flour products. Or sometimes I have a little if it's something special to me. Really, though, the whole foods are so much better. When I get hungry, I'll have some veggies and lean protein and water. Then I'm not hungry anymore. It still really works! And I need to keep exercising regularly to keep my weight in control. You keep up the good work too! Life's still much better on the beach! | ||||||||||

| Well, I'm now down to 189 now...I weighed 232 back on Nov. 19th when I started this thread...let's see....guess I'm down ... ...HOLY CRAP!!...I'm down 43 lbs. since then!...wow...hadn't figured out that total yet...just been plunking along with my weekly losses...AWESOME! 7 lbs to go and I'm back to my original 100 lb. loss....yippee!!!...I set my goal at 150 this time...so I've got a way to go...but that 100 lb. total is added motivation for me!!! | |||||||||||
