I have been on the diet for one year this month. I can't say enough about this diet. I have been on many diets that have not worked. I walk 2 miles a day on the treadmill and do set ups every day. I have lost 120 lbs.

Thats awesome.Thank you for sharing, it helps tremendously to see other peoples success. This diet works! Or should I say this way of eating works.... because it sure dont seem like a diet at all.
