 Single Digit!!! Wow guys...I just had to share this...I bought myself a new pair of jeans on Saturday...hehe .... (blush) Guess what???....(grin)....(giggle).... I'm in a single digit !!! SIZE 7-8... I've NEVER (even from my childhood) worn a single digit size anything. (happy dance) I wore a size 10-12 in 5th grade and that's as far back as I can even remember....(I am effected by short term memory loss every now and then but damn...lol) I'm 34 years old and have now accomplished something that I've never been able to do before...that can really make a gal feel good! I have not officially been to the gym to weigh in, but my home scale whispered to me this morning that I may have reached my goal weight without even knowing it....I'm going to plunk away for another week just as I have been and will officially weigh at the gym next week...maybe I will suprise myself...oh joy....I'm very happy...just had to share!

| Tiny T I am new to this forum and did some reading of your blog and saw your pictures and I am just amazed at what you have accomplished. You look awesome!!! I don't just want to stop there because you also look radiant from the inside out. I am personally trying to get off the last 10lbs and did not have too much to lose in the beginning but I can tell you as I have gotten older my metabolism has slowed and the lbs. were starting to pile up. I figured I needed to change the way I was treating myself and did research on the many different ways to get rid of my extra weight and found the SBD to be a way to change my eating to a healthy life sustaining program or as they call it on these boards WOL. Anyway I am rambling but I just wanted to say how great you look. Congratulations! | ||||||||||
