| Today was weigh in and I am down another two pounds! I'm confused about the dates on this website. I only weigh myself every other week and it says the last time I posted a weight loss was one week ago. So, if you are looking at this thread and think that I've lost two pounds two weeks in a row, that's not accurate. I guess it really doesn't matter to me as long as the number is going down. I am not hungry and Christmas is in three days! I don't feel deprived. I am not wishing I could have this or that. I love how I feel eating this way. :Love3: Whatever it is that's keeping me going, I don't ever want to lose it! (Just the weight!) | |||||||||||

| Weighed in today and stayed the same. That's not thrilling, but I did label this thread "My Progress" and not "My Success"! So, apparently it's going to be slower progress now that I've been doing this a while. I must remember to not get discouraged. It'll come off if I stick with it. I know it's the best way I've ever eaten. | |||||||||||

| Don't be discouraged by staying the same, especially this time of year. I think you gain weight just by smelling all the Christmas goodies! It really sounds like you are doing well - keep it up! | ||||||||||

| Well, this says that I have not posted here for 4 weeks, so apparently I forgot to post last time I weighed in. (I weigh in every 2 weeks.) At any rate, I lost 3 pounds since 2 weeks ago. I have lost 19 pounds in all (over the 14 weeks since I started). That averages out to 1.35 pounds per week. I know I've said this before, but considering that I am never hungry, this is almost too good to be true. I have finally found a food plan that I can happily stick with. Now, having said that, I am not happy about it all the time. | |||||||||||

| Congrats on being a "looser" and fitting in those smaller pants. You are an inspiration to us all. I think I may have roped a good friend into doing this with me even though she said she would never do south beach, funny thing she has now cut out sugar and starches. Have a wonderful day. | ||||||||||

| Congrats Jilly, you are doing just awesome. I do understand about times being cranky and wanting just a little something(for me it's chocolate). It takes a lot to overcome those urges but as rox says "keep swimming." | |||||||||||
