| So, I have just started the SBD for the first time - now on 4th day of Phase 1 (and already have lost 4lbs!!!). I passed on the birthday cake going round at work yesterday - I did look a few times and felt very tempted, but decided no, I CAN be strong - I MUST be strong! It is the first time I have ever been able to do that - and I just know that it is the prospect of getting slimer and trimmer that made the difference It is my 30th birthday on 1st April - so I will be 2 weeks into Phase 2 by then. And, yes, I am going to have a slice of cake! Just the one though .... | ||||||||||
