Default I made it through my first week!!

Well today marks the end of week one for me on the SBD and i can honestly say that i luv it. I have yet to feel deprived of anything really and my cravings for carbs are defenitly fading away i can walk right on past the baked goods and candy bars that used to somehow find their way in to my shopping cart. Im feeling full of energy and ive noticed that i wake up alot sooner without the use of an alarm clock and that i just feel better lighter and happier not to mention healthier. I know its only been a week and that i have cheated once or twice (though nothing major) i have already lost 8 pounds!!! I couldnt belive it this morning when i stepped on the scale i really lost 8 pounds that is such a huge accomplishment for me i havent been able to lose that much weight in years and it was really so effortless I luv life on the beach!!!

Amy how awesome for you! You've obviously figured out this plan and I know that you will continue to do well. I look forward to eat this way now!

Congrats on 8 pounds. That's a big drop!
