| Well, it's easier than I expected! The first two days I had terrible headaches. After that, I felt great. And after my weigh in this morning and checking my measurements~I'm stoked! I haven't kept a food diary yet. And I haven't really exercised yet. But I will. One thing at a time. I have a Wii with a Balance board~there are many exercises on the two games we have. And I have walked my dog a few days. The main thing for me was cutting out starches and carbs, I didn't realize all the bad food I was eating til I started paying attention! So day 7, I have lost 10# and 3" from my ribcage. I carry all my weight around the middle, so this was quite a boost! I will keep adding info to keep everyone up to date on this thread... | I'm still going strong, four weeks in. I have lost 16# total. But the inches are melting off. An inch off my neck, my upper arms, my hips and thighs. 4 inches off my ribcage, 2.5 off my waist. I have just started adding back some whole wheat products. My favorite is the Whole wheat pita with fresh hummus. I chop it up in triangles, pull them apart and toast them. There are so many great blogs with recipes for this program, it's hard to get bored. My favorite is Kalyn's Kitchen. You just type in an ingredient and there are tons of choices. | ||||||||||

| Five weeks in~ I'm finally seeing some loss in my upper arms and calves, 1/2" down. 5" off my chest, 4" off my waist, 2" off my hips, 1" off my thighs. My weight hasn't gone down, but the inches are coming off. This is the part I don't understand. Where is it going? I'm still 16# down for the past 2 weeks. But I'm still losing inches. ??????????????????? Whatever~I'll take it. | ||||||||||
