 A Year Has Come and Gone Today marks the last day of my first year on the South Beach Diet lifestyle. It has been a pretty awesome ride so far. I have lost 60 pounds, and have had some great health successes. There is no doubt I am far better off that where I was when I started, and there is no end in sight.
