| I just ate a fantastic SBD friendly pizza! I made this crust, topped with tomato sauce, part-skim mozzarella, and tons of vegetables. I had two absolutely filling slices, and was totally cured of any pizza cravings. I love love that crust too - its not at all cardboard like, the way typical 100% whole wheat crusts are. I chalk that up to the fact that its 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour - the pastry flour will make it lighter. Even my healthy-food-hating family LOVED this crust, believe it or not!
