Talking big success 4 me!!!
So I posted yesterday how I had only lost 2 lbs on phase 1 and not very satisfied with it but moving on to phase 2 anyways,well....I pulled out my scale today out of hiding (seems to be my worst enemy lately) and much to my delight 5 lbs total loss!! I'm happy with that because it is a third of what I wanted to lose and I haven't been successful at losing anything in months!!! So, I the scale will go back into hiding and I am going to have a really good day!!!!
