| Well, on my journey to a healthier life, I am trying different recipes that are SB friendly.....I've tried thai shrimp soup, yummy! and now I am eating a tuna salad. I put in: 2 tbs mayo 2 tbs relish (added some splenda to make sweet relish) and put that over some greens with shredded reduced fat cheddar I'm likin it...I'd say that's a sucess! Linda | ||||||||||

You are absolutely right. I found it to be such a chore in the beginning, now I make so many things without feeling so burdened. For instance we have a pot luck lunch in my office on Wednesday and I'm making a chicken caeser salad. Before this WOE I would have just bought some bottled dressing and packaged croutons. But I am making the dressing from scratch and the croutons (from WW bread). This is mostly in self defense so I'll have something good for me to eat :jester: but it doesn't even bother me that I'll be doing this extra work. It's just starting to mean so much to me that I eat really good quality food!:sun: | ||||||||||
