So what are your plans from here Nancy? Are you going into Phase 3 now that you are at goal? Did you get to goal by staying on Phase 2?

If you have time can you post some of your journey on Phase 3, on the Phase 3 forum? I think we still have a lot to learn from you.

Keeping off the weight is just as much of a challenge as losing it, so it would be great if you can post how it goes for you in maintenance and maybe it would help you stay on track too!!!

I am so impressed with your diligence!!

Nancy,

I haven't heard from you in awhile. I need your help!! I have had another slip up with my eating, only this time it was DQ icecream Saturday night and Sunday it was Cold Stone Cremery Icecream and 1/2 chicken borrito and 3 1/2 choc chip cookies. Man it was all sooooooo good, but it definately isn't gonna help me get to my goal weight.

Help!!!!!!!

Brownie, you really need to read the SB book cover-to-cover and follow the exact meal plans on phase 1. There's a whole two-week menu on there. Follow it and it ensures success. No one can help you with binging but yourself.

Nancy was successful because she fully committed to the plan and she had the determinitation and persistence to make it work. You have 4 plans whirling around in your head - a body builders diet, your nutritionists advice, the SB diet and your own diet plan -- which includes sweets as occasional binges. Things would go better for you if you picked ONE plan, regardless of which one it was and then make the same type of commitment to it that you do about working out. You have the discipline. But you MUST find it within yourself. No one else can give that to you!!:Love Doctor:

This forum is a success forum about Nancy reaching goal. Maybe you should start a new thread elsewhere to talk about your weekend binge. Let's not water down Nancy's success here!!!!!

Your right I do have discipline. I just have to set my mind to it and then i'll do it!!

I will be successful. Not going back to Phase 1 though because I need my carbs for my workout. The only way im going to loose weight is by increasing the intensity on my workouts and I need energy to be able to do that. Also by not eating sweets, hehe.
