Thanks for your encouraging words, everyone. They mean alot to me.

I know I've been unclear about my plans, cus I've been unclear myself. I can be a scaredy-cat about my weight. I've lost & then gained it all back in the past, and I DON'T want to do that again! So yeah, I do have some fear about saying I'm in maintenance.

Now that I've made my goal weight (and am maintaining) I've been assessing things. My body is much more toned from my exercise. So I can see, realistically, that I still have some extra fat I need to lose. It's realistic, though, it's not like in the past, when I thought I couldn't be too thin & I started starving myself.

I'm exercising regularly now, which is the most important thing. I'm going to see about losing maybe 5 or 10 pounds more. But I'm taking my time. I'm not in a big rush, like I used to be.

Hey Nancy,

I have been slowly falling back into my old patterns of eating, I did so well for 4 weeks then it seemed as if sense I lost weight I started allowing myself to eat not legal Phase II foods, not everyday but at least a couple days a week. I know I have to stop that or else my weight I have lost will start to slowly come back on. I haven't even weighed myself but I know I have lost im guessing im probably at about 120-122, im scared to get on the scale though cause what if I see a number I don't want to see. I know I shouldn't care bout that though cause my clothes are fitting looser and I can tell when I look at myself I have lost, and my husband is like man Brandi you are tight:Clap:

I have been craving cereal like every night for the past two weeks and I have been eating it, last night I had a choc chip cookie and I didn't feel guilty about it, I love eating and not feeling guilty, however I know I can't loose weight eating like this.

I just need some encouraging words I guess and I knew you would have some for me.
