| I started this thread 3 years ago. I'm 38 pounds down & keeping it off. I still use SBD as my basic, blueprint eating plan. Don't splurge too much on the high glycemic stuff, unless it's something I really want to try. And I remember the three bite rule, in that I really pay attention to and appreciate each bite & then I'm satisfied with a small portion. I really appreciate nutritious foods more. I use fruit as a treat. Still, exercise is key for me to maintain my weight. Exercise is a major part of my life. Believe me, it took time for me to get into my present mindset.
