| Well I'll make this one a little late for the week of the 9th but I usually weigh myself every Saturday morning but going on vacation here soon. So my start weight was 209 and my current weight is 170! Thats 39 pounds! YAY! | ||||||||||

| I haven't really done much besides ask constant questions about the foods we can eat and I get alot of excersise I go to the gym 3 times a week and thats just strength training I try and do a little cardio the rest of the week. But I generally have just stuck to the diet rules and I've only let myself splurge once. and that was on vaction in texas where they have too much bad for you but oh-so-tasty-food. mmmhhhh... But goodluck and I'll try and write more post its just school is getting in the way and we just moved to our new place. | ||||||||||
