| Hi all. I want to lose weight and i know all those exercises which helps me in reducing weight and waist. Due the lack of time i am not able to do all those exercises.I hav a busy schedule, office timings are 8:30 to 7Pm. After office i cook dinner and also pre prepration for next day meals.Whould i do. | ||||||||||

| Well, you could try exercising at your desk. Take a look at this web site ----> http://www.webmd.com/content/Article/82/97478.htm I went to google.com and entered these words in the search portion ...... "exercise at desk" and I got several hits. You can do isometric exercises at your desk. Also, see if your work place will let you use a stability ball to sit on instead of the traditional desk chair. Believe me, you'll use muscles just trying to keep your balance while sitting on the ball! Let us know how that worked out for you. | |||||||||||

| Sitting on an exercise ball is a wonderful idea!...I have a small ball at home, so all I need is a LARGE ball to bring me up to desk level and SHAZAM...I've got a constant all-day work out for my core huh?...I love this idea...may even try it!
