yay for you!! Way to go. So Im curious, as Im just day 3 into Phase 1 and new to the boards, have you noticed a difference as far as where you are losing the weight at?

I'm not sure about everyone else, but I'm on here more than once a week! Jump on whenever you need support...that's what we're here for...keep each other in check so to say...I try to post to my blog daily...things that are going on in my life, things I eat, how much exercise I get...this way I have some accountability for what's going on and if I stall out, I can go back and look at my menu and see what the heck happened...helps me to see the big picture sometimes. Check in as often as you need...that's why we're here!

It's been awhile since I have done phase 1, but when I was on it, my weight seemed to just melt off my waist first...not my lower 'abdomen' (unfortulatley) but more across where my belly button is...how about you?....notice where your losing yet?...did you take measurements? or just your weight?
