Arrow Yipeee for Meeeeeeeeee !!!!

Just passing on some some good news.
I started the South Beach Phase 1 on the 16th of this month and weighed in on Saturday 23rd and lost a little over 5 pounds.
I know the South Beach Diet works...done it a couple of years ago.
Last year 09/27/07 I quit smoking and gained 25 or so pounds. I still have the urge to smoke once in awhile but you just have to discipline yourself. Same way with dieting.
If you are reading this and just started the South Beach Diet. "DON"T GIVE UP ! YOU CAN DO IT

It is awesome that you have quit smoking too! Thats a real feat in itself, and I will tell you as an ex-smoker myself, there will be days that you'll still have the urge on occasion, even years down the road, but stick with it!!! Same with the SBD stick with it --and you'll feel good eating right and not smoking and it will also improve your general health, and never forget your life is worth it!!

Sorry I didnt see this sooner...congrats on your loss, and more important congrats on quitting smoking, Wow adding years and years back to your life....Way -2-go!!!!!!!!!!!! Being a smoker myself know how hard that is...Hats off to you.....
