| Hello everyone I'm new to this site. I have started the diet a few days ago can't remember the exact date, but I decided I'd start keeping track today~ so today will be my official start.. hope this helps me stay on track~ I feel a lot better and look like I've lost some weight, but that's not what the scale's showing. Staying positive.. will keep up to date and weigh in only once a week.. not jumping on the scale several times a day like I've been doing.
