Default Onto week TWO!! :)

Upon completion of the 1st week, I've lost 5.8 lbs! I'm happy with that! Although, I haven't noticed anything in my body, except the fact that I'm starting to feel better. I guess you can't expect to see much after only 5 lbs eh?? But it's still a great start to my week for sure! Better than seeing no progress! I should really try to start using my gym membership.....I'm sure that would help a great deal! Any words of motivation?! lol.......I could always use some!!!

ItalianBabe, congratulations! I'm exactly where you are; just finished week one, and lost 5.5 pounds. It does feel great, doesn't it? My stomach and face are less puffy, which I'm sure is all about water weight, but that's fine. What are your favorite P1 foods? I'm all about the chili & salads. What lifesavers! I'm allergic to cheese & dairy, so P1's even more limited, but it's doable.

Hey Pandora!! Thank you!! Congrats as well!! My favorite foods are soups & salads~ same as yours!! lol. I normally eat a salad for lunch~ and today for example~ for dinner I ate a turkey burger and made some zucchini~ that's about as exciting as it gets for me considering I'm busy with school and don't a lot of extra time to cook anything else. I like snacking on nuts~ the smokey almonds or spicy peanuts~ only a serving a day. When I get a sweet tooth~ I eat sugar-free (jello) pudding snacks... chocolate pudding (YUMMY) or strawberry/raspberry jello. The first week was very hard for me not to eat carbs, especially since I'm Italian!! lol. I love sweets too... but this week is a lot easier and I'm not craving them as much. I'd rather my weight drop every week than mess it up by eating a candy bar~ but later when I'm at my goal weight I'll have a candy bar!! lol. How is it going for you??? Do you have any tough spots or is it easy???
