| Started today...I weigh 207. I weighed at work on Sunday and was 210, so I'm using that as my starting weight. I've been gradually making a few changes since Sunday (less coffee, less carbs, more water)--but the "Day of the Beach" is actually today. | ||||||||||

| I lost another 2 pounds which brings my total to 7 pounds in 3 weeks. I am feeling really good and am enjoying being able to add a little carbs back in. So far I have added whole grain bread and an apple. One more week of that and I will try adding something else. continuted good luck to everyone. Andrea P.S. Its amazing how I have actually gotten myself to enjoy plain low fat yogurt with just cinnamon added in! I don't think I will ever be able to go back to fruity yogurt. It will just be too sweet! | ||||||||||
