| Sorry to butt in guys, but I would love to join the challenge. Are we just stating our goal then weighing in weekly? My goal is to lose 10 lbs by the end of this challenge. This is day one for me of ph 1. I have done SB before with success. SW 150.6 GW for next week 148. Thanks!! | ||||||||||

| Hello SB Diet Forum! ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/weekly-weigh-waist/2248-week-2-weigh-nov-19-2008-a.html I have never actually plunged into a diet before but I have always been a bit "porky" all my life. I just accepted that but meanwhile practiced very bad eating habits. I have huge carbohydrate cravings. I work in the health field and just recently felt like "enough was enough". I need to practice what I preach and be healthier and eat right. Everyday, I try to help people with their problems that are a direct consequence of their obesity. I also want to become pregnant and I want to be as healthy as possible for that adventure as well. I turn 35 next week which is another wake-up call for me! So here I go: Here are my stats: Nov 1: starting wt 152 (I began a restricted diet) Nov 12: 148 (plunged into SB phase 1) Nov 19: 146 goal: 135 I am also exercising every day now which has given me so much more energy.
