| Well, I fell of the SB wagon Thurs-Sun. :Hiding: back on Monday: SW 152.2 CW 146.6 GW 140.0 I can see I am not going to make my goal, but at least I am closer!! | ||||||||||

And then it's like if you wanted to lose 20 lbs in 3 months and you "only" lose 15 then you feel bad because you didn't meet your goal and you forget that you actually LOST 15 lbs which should be a really, really good thing!! | I think we need a section just for your redz rules, they are always so on the mark. I realize weight is just a number but I have found if you weigh in weekly it may give you some clues as to what agrees with your plan in the early stages and you can make changes. It really makes me more accountable to myself. If I don't lose or don't lose what I think I should it helps me to analyze pehaps whats going on such as am I taking too much grain, too much sodium, not enough water and fix it. If you don't meet your goal, that is okay, I don't think I will be meeting mine either. Maybe for the next challenge we will know what might be a more reasonable goal. I'm was down to 226 yesterday, so I had a 2.1lb lost, which I'm really happy with. I know this week I stay on plan and have been exercising which I think made a big differnce. | |||||||||||

| thanksk for taking the time to do this painted bliss my current weight is 148 (you know how each number counts!) i read your post where you joined a gym and didn't indulge in birthday goodies to the excess. You sound like you are in such a good place. I don't know how much holiday baking i'm going to do. I do have a tip for holiday drinks though... My family has a fair share of wine enthusiasts...I spread mine out this way: two ounces of red wine and two ounces or diet 7-up. Home made wine spritzer without the added sugar. a typical glass of wine has 4 ounces...so you can have two wine spritzers for the calorie content of one glass in this way happy toasting! | |||||||||||
