| I was off to a slow start due to my dad's passing however I am here to report overall, I am down 5 lbs in two weeks. Considering the challenge I faced with "funeral food" I am happy I am back on the program at all! I always considered 200 my starting weight however the holidays packed on an extra 6lbs. I must look forward. A loss is a loss! I love SB. | ||||||||||

| If you only have a small amount to lose probally no. Your goal is very individual and the goal of the challenge is to reach your goal whether it is 1lb or 20lbs. Make sure you post in the most current post for the challenge. I just need your starting weight and your goal. The challenge ends feb 18. | |||||||||||

| I'm here to join in the fun! Since I like round numbers, I will call my starting weight 200 and my goal for Feb 18th 190 lb. Is starting weight the weight at the time of the challengeor the start of SB? So here are my stats Starting weight 200 temp goal weight 190 Goal lose 10 lbs. | ||||||||||

| ok my starting weight is 146.6 my goal weight is 136 lose 10 pounds I am having a hard time with the diet though. | ||||||||||

| In what way is the diet hard for you? It shouldn't be hard...maybe we can figure out how to make it easier on ya...what are your issues ...the food choices? the time? the planning? Not sure what to eat?...we're here to help...let's figure this out together... | |||||||||||

| 2 lbs. is a great start! Your doing it already!!...your on phase 1 right? You can have yogurt by the way...it just needs to be non-fat or lowfat plain...add your own stuff to make it taste better... Even on phase 2 & 3, I love to eat yogurt...I add a splenda & vanilla extract to mine or sometimes a dash of cinnamon...it's pretty good. Sorry to hear your sick, nothing is going to taste right...do you have any questions about menus or what you should be eating? I just wanna help, but I'm not sure where to start...care to share a typical day's menu??? Maybe we can start there.... wow...2 pounds...way to go my friend!! I'm very proud! | |||||||||||
