My weight has gone up 1lb, not sure what the heck that is about. 216.0

whoops
i think the title was going to be january 28, 2009
so i'll post my weight here too

up a pound 149
i feel bloated and awful--i've been sneaking sugar and it shows and i don't feel good either

weighed in this morning and I'm down 1 lb.

142....That means I've lost a total of 140 pounds from my start...wow...almost as much as I weigh!!!
