| Date: 03.13.2006 Weight: 159 Waist: 31" Comment: i was actually down a few more pounds before the weekend started, but i'm glad i went up a bit more. i'm afraid of fast weight loss. oh, and i started at about 162 and am trying to get to 152. i started phase I on 03.10, so this is just one week in. | |||||||||||

| I'm still at 228 this week. But I expected it. My weight goes up some when I start up cycling again or exercising more. So, I'm glad that we're also taking measurements, too, although I'm embarrassed by them. Here's what I got on the measurements; Bust: 47.5" Waist: 44.5" Hips: 47" I'd just as soon post my weight every week and only post measurements once a month. | |||||||||||

| Well I will have to use last Wednesday's numbers and start on the right foot next Monday. At least I will have something started. It was 172 last Wednesday and I will start the waist meas on Monday. My goal is 150, I started at 178 on 2/28. | ||||||||||
