I'm still at 228 and I just don't want to measure today. I think that my problem is that I've upped my exercise and that always messes with the scale numbers for me. And I think that I've also been snacking too much. And I had a couple of bad days last week. :hide:

So, with all of that recognized and confessed to ...... next week will be much, much better. I know this program works and it's up to me to work this program.

Im not weighin in but once a month , im to hormonal This week im bloated and next week will be TOM so... But " I feel good" LOL

Default weigh in for me

Well my weekly weigh in is 194 as of this morning. So i've lost 1 pound so far on phase 2 after being on a stall for 4 days. That makes my grand total 15 pounds even! I did 15 mins on my gazelle last night after dinner. So tonight i'm going to do 10 mins on stationary bike, and try to do 2 reps of free weights each for my legs and arms. So hopefully it'll be a nice workout.
