| Monday March 27 weight 192 waist ??? forgot to measure this is the end of my first week on SBD and ive lost a total of 8 lbs Im luving the beach :Love3: | |||||||||||

| Well i weighed in at 194 this morning so thats still 15 pounds i've lost and 14 of them were on phase 1 this is the second week of phase2 and it seems like i;ve hit my first plataeu. I have re-introduced one sugar a day now for the past week and 3 days usually for a snack between breakfast and lunch. I have a apple or a cup of diced strawberrys. But have not lost anymore weight. Hopefully but the end of this week I'll have lost a little more but might also be up since i'm plannign on re-introducing a little bit of starch back into my diet as well. Like some Uncle Sam-s cereal in the mornings with skim milk. Wish me luck! time to go excersise. | ||||||||||

| Yay!! You guys are doing great! And while it can be discouraging when you aren't loosing as much, or even gain, it can be used as an opportunity to learn. It's all part of the process. Weight loss does often slow down with Phase 2, and you lost alot in Phase 1. Starting Phase 2 can be tricky.
