Default Phase 2!!

Well, I started Phase 2 today! I woke up at the crack of dawn and stumbled in to the bathroom for my very first weigh-in to find that I have lost 7lbs! I am incredibly pleased with this lucky number 7! I can't believe how easy it has been for me, and I do know that I am fortunate in that way.

I have done diets in the past that would take off at least ten in the first week, but I know that this is just the beginning of a healthier, long-term loss. I am definately psyched for phase two, and Im glad to have you guys to share with.

I started exersizing this am, as well. Went for a very nice 2 mile stroll....listening to my favorite music in the crisp morning air...it was divine, indeed. I figure I will do two weeks of this, then add some weight training.

Oh, and my first piece of toast? It was GOOD. (Hand was shaking when I brought the first bite to my lips, LOL). To be honest, Im looking more forward to the blueberries I packed for my snack!! Woo-hoo!!!

Congratulations on your phase one losses and welcome to phase two. Be careful not to add too much at once. Some people find it best to only add one new food at a time, and then wait a few days before adding another.
