| age: 24 height: 5'6'' start wt: 154.5 goal wt: 120 I weigh in tomorrow after my first week on phase one, i can tell my clothes fit a little looser which is nice, I hope i continue to lose, I think I need to watch the nuts/PB those are almost like candy to me Weather is getting nicer too so hopefully i can get out more and exercise! have a great weekend all! | |||||||||||

| You're already doing good, ms. d!!!! I know what you mean about nuts/PB. They're something I easily feel addicted to. I definitely carefully measure those! I love 'em, but they are alot of fat. I've never noticed THAT bathroom problem with SBD. | ||||||||||
