Ok my weigh in for the week of April 16th is 189 pounds so that is 20 pounds total that i've lost so far. And this after being on a platue for 3 weeks finally my scales drop 1 pound. Which is just in time because I'm Boyfriend of 3 years just proposed to me. SO now i really have to meet my goal of 165 to fit into my wedding dress. But I have hope I got time to loose the rest of the year in fact. Thanks to all of you who have been around for support on this journey to healthful living. I'm on cloud 9!

It's been a bad couple of days and I don't need more embarassment and negative feelings. So, I'm taking a pass this week. And, darn it, I really want to get under 220 lbs. :Whip:

Your doin great though so don't worry this week will be your week for the weigh in. And we are shooting for september next year. Indian summer. I love that I tried on wedding dresses today, and was suprised that I fit into a size 14 but I'm actually a size 16 the wedding consultant said so that made me feel good and I looked awsome. Thanks for the congratulations my finace is thinking about starting on the sbd now as well because of my sucess. Thanks a bunch
