| My start weight today was 194lb. and my goal weight is 150lb. I just have to drop a bunch by August because I have my 20 year high school reunion and I feel like I am 20 years older than I am. No energy, I have only one pair of pants that fit me, blah, blah, blah. I drug myself to the gym and did 40 min. of cardio and 20 lunges and 20squats and a few more free weights. (First time in months) so I am pretty sure I am not going to be walking very well tomorrow!! I am just going to go for it and feel good for everyday I eat right!! | ||||||||||

| Hi, again, On My Way! :wave: Way to go, being so motivated & positive! I find exercise is SO important! I know you didn't ask, but it sounds like you could be overdoing the exercise, if it's been months. You may get yourself & your body burned out, & then the exercise you've done will be pretty much wasted. ![]() If you follow the SBD way, you're going to look & feel really good by the time of the reunion. You'll feel much more positive. But you probably won't be at your goal weight. If you go too fast, I'm afraid you're setting yourself up for a fall.
