| Today's weight is 218 pounds. This is according to my bf's scales, but I don't think mine will be much different. I was 219 on mine at the end of last week and I had a good week end so that sounds right. That's down another 2 pounds since my last weigh in. :sun: | |||||||||||

| Luv2 - that is awesome! Good job! Weighing in - 144. Now, the scale is down from my start date but UP since yesterday (by a pound) so I am little worried. My first full week is up tomorrow, so I guess I really should use that weight to guide my progress. I know everyone is different, but should I be worried about my slow loss on week one? I was on SB two years ago and lost fast the first week so, of course, I am comparing. Thanks! | ||||||||||

| Well I'm down another pound!! 154 today! Weeeee!!!:Clap: Now I am officially at the weight I was on Atkins. I am really nervous right now though so that might have something to do with the extra energy. lol | |||||||||||

| Hello, I started 2 weeks ago at 165lbs and I am already at 159.8lbs. I have not exercised yet, I just take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. I will be adding exercises soon | ||||||||||
